There are actually three options on sending bitcoins. From easy to advanced, this tutorial will explain the basics of those three options for you, and how to send bitcoins using them.
Quick Send is the easiest and fastest way to send bitcoins from your Blockchain wallet. If however you are looking for more control over your Bitcoin transaction, the Custom Transaction option is your best bet. Using the Custom Transaction option, you are presented with more options.
The Change address is simply where any change remaining amount of bitcoins will get sent. Lastly, you can create a public note on the transaction, which will be permanently embedded in the block chain for anyone to view.
