Those little trial size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothpaste etc But why can't you also get trial size washing up liquid, fabric softener, ketchup, HP Yes I know you can get bottles and decant them but it's messy and wasteful, and I don't trust them not to leak, and they don't have the proper labels on.

Surely I'm not the only person who would buy these. However, I'd love to get the following: Washing up liquid Handwash Ketchup Mayo Mustard Olive Oil Salad Dressing I bought a couple of those plastic bottles from Boots that I'm using for olive oil and a mix of olive oil and white wine vinegar. They are fine, but it's a faff and would be great if you could just buy them online. For washing up liquid, I've ordered some of this from Go Outdoors today so we'll see what it's like - http: It's dear for what it is though so I'll probably end up just refilling the bottle with Fairy Liquid!

That's what we do. We use Ecover and Dr Bronners and buy them in bulk, so we just take the normal ones along. Dont mean taking handfulls at one go just a couple each time. When I've stopped for a coffee in my local Morrisons I'm amazed at the amount of people who steal all condiments and even serviettes by the handful. Have found they give me enough of everything even over a long weekend and just top them up or refill at some point between trips I have a small flip top plastic container again which holds enough toothpaste to do me for the trip Have even been known to cut a bar of soap in half to save space and weight in my pack Every little helps when your carrying it all on your back and on a trolly Never had a leak from the bottles and a permanent marker identifies contents.

And, as ficklejade said, a permanent marker to identify works well. At the end of the season the contents either get chucked or put back and the bottles etc.

At the end of the season use them up. We do have a tiny Fairy Bottle, Cif bottle etc from years ago. Yes, they did do sample bottles then! It is amazing what you can accumulate if you have a good idea of what you may or may not need! I have a drawer full to exploding!!!!!!!!!!! I always buy normal size washing up liquid as it then lasts the season.

I keep a bag of staple food ready for the next trip checking they will be in date etc. They might be rubbish but they take up next to no space and they cost pennies in home bargains.
