Room we had was PH6 amazing studio with most amazing view. Fully equipped with everything you need for proper stay! Parking in the back of the building is safe and secure. Place was clean and it had exactly what is described when booking. Owner has provided a bunch of blue ray DVD movies which was amazing since the cable tv and internet were not working all 6 nights.
There is a nice restaurant Bills in the complex with amazing pizza and cocktails. There is amazing restaurant and beautiful beach not far from this place Centro De Trenes. Must visit place I totally recommend it. We have visited when there were not many people and sometimes we were alone at the pool, and outside facilities which was great! Special thanks to the older person who was taking care of the facilities overnight he was extremely polite and helpful!
The sitting area in the pool and the other one beside the pool area were amazing and really fun to use overnight with the flames from the gas fireplace! We loved the place and we enjoyed every day there! There was also jacuzzi but we never used it! Whole complex was well maintained. It was deeply cleaned each night and there were plenty of people to keep it clean during the day! Would definitely recommend it! Pool is kind of cold. Or at least it was in End of March start of April.
It was hard to stay in the pool more than 10 minutes. It would have been nice to have dishwashing and laundry soaps. Nice property in La Ventana. Property is fairly new and all the staff are very friendly. On the La Ventana scale this is 5 stars for accommodations.
Lighting is harsh white CFL - like industrial lighting. No beach access - basically need to drive to one of the public beaches but they are very close. Unit could be a bit better equipped. WiFi availability was the sole reason for us to choose to stay here, but I couldn't get on. The host told me that WiFi is out in the whole area false, went to two nearby coffee shops and their WiFI were working just fine. It would've been a nice place to stay if I didn't need to work remotely.
